Madeleine is considered a thought leader in building high performance teams and inclusive workplaces. She designs, develops, and delivers practical, engaging, and thought-provoking employee development programs to provide value to both the individual and the organisation. With a distinguished business career spanning over 35 years, Madeleine worked in product and service delivery leadership positions with the Commonwealth Bank, MasterCard, and VeriFone both in Australia and globally. She worked as an executive director with Tourism WA. Her clients in the human services sector include Anglicare, Rise Network and Good Sammy. Madeleine co-founded Dress for Success Perth and was its inaugural Board Chair.
