It was an honour to join a panel discussing culture and productivity with Cheryl Chan FAICD, Kylie Johnston and Terry Agnew all sharing their valuable insights. My focus was on board culture and supporting executives to be their best in the challenging environments we operate in, with the risks which can come with public scrutiny, moral injury, and unprecedented situations, amongst others. If you’re a leader, your wellbeing is one of your most important assets. It needs to be prioritised and valued. Directors and executives can play a massive role in creating cultures which allow people to thrive – but only if they are thriving themselves. It’s an area I’m passionate about, let’s change the dialogue about there not being enough time, or that everything else comes first. This is the reason we set up The Glow Circuit – firstly, let’s find our path to great energy, and then we can share it with all around.
